Where can I track my order? 

Mode of shipping varies depending on the item. Once your item is produced and shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please check the tracking number for delivery details. If your item is lost in transit and you do not receive your order, please contact us.

Do you ship to my country?

We're sorry, but we currently only ship within the USA. 

What is your return policy?

Because all items are branded, our printing partners do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. If there is a problem with your order, please email us.

My product is broken, how do I return it?

If your product arrives to you damaged or is defective in some way, please contact us. We will contact the printing partner to request a replacement. A photo of the item may be necessary to process a replacement.

For clothing items, please check tag for care instructions.

For mugs, tumblers, and glasses, product care recommendations vary by item. Please check item details on whether your item is dishwasher and/or microwave safe. 

Please note that we are not responsible and cannot replace or refund items that are damaged due to not following care instructions.
